In practice this means that:
  • All companies would have ecodesign embedded in their organisational strategy and would be making ecodesign happen.
  • All designers would take their environmental and social performance seriously, implementing ecodesign in every design activity.
  • All design educators would have ecodesign embedded in their curriculum and be teaching ecodesign as a mainstream subject.
  • All governments would have ecodesign embedded in their core policy and would be delivering on this.
